than many Food Safety Consultants charge for a single Food Hygiene Training

The fee for our Food Safety Audit and Food Safety Policy is £450
and includes a FREE Fully Certificated Food
Hygiene Training Workshop, for as many delegates as
you wish. Some business also take advantage of our FREE health and Safety Audit that comes as a complimentary
bolt-on to our Food Safety Audit.
Are
we qualified & experienced in providing these services?

Our Principal Consultant will answer any food safety questions you may
have and is a 'Competent Person' in common, civil & criminal health
and safety law.
- He has a higher degree from Leicester
University in Risk Management, and a higher degree from Loughborough University
in Occupational Health and Safety Management. He is a Chartered Member
of The Chartered Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), a
member of The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.
- Before setting up PCL Health and
Safety Consultants he was Director of Risk for the
Hilton International Group in the UK & Ireland. Towards the end
of his time at Hilton he provided in-house consultancy to the South Americas,
Far East as well as European operations.
He has also supported schools, hospitals, private clubs, nightclubs,
high volume-high care supermarket manufacturing plants, restaurants and
international casinos.
